Fairview Homestead is a 7 bedroom guest house in B&B style - that means the owners live on the premises. We bought Fairview in 1995 and took up the challenge to restore this historic George landmark – always bearing in mind that the challenge in restoring and maintaining any old building remains staying true to the authenticity of the structure. We are so thankful that the grounds remained large enough to give the house a garden it deserves too.Desmond is a gardener and plant collector – before he started the garden at Fairview he used to enjoy painting and sculpting, but now all the creativity is plowed into this labor of love.
