Hi....My spouse and I currently purchased this property. We absolutely love this village. The apartment is on the main floor and we live above. It is very private and is located across the street from the beach. Olon is a quiet little village close to the happening town of Montanita. Many tourists choose to eat and party in Montanita but sleep in Olon. The taxi fare to Montanita is $1.50 which makes it very cheap to do. We have designed the apartment in a way that it can be rented as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom. It's always great to have a kitchen when traveling.
