We are the owners of Gingerland Hill vacation home located on the small island of Nevis in the Leeward Islands, West Indies. We live and work in Chicago and rent the house to vacationers when we are not there. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are not on the island, our family who lives on Nevis takes care of all the property maintenance. We deal with our guests directly from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between.Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home.
