We love Kona, and want to share it with others. Kona, where both our condo, and our timeshare, are located, is Hawaii at its best. Over the past 28 years, I have spent time on all the major Hawaiian Islands, but there is no place like Kona. Several Hawaiian kings lived here in Keauhou area, a stone's throw from our condo, long before Western explorers such as Captain Cook arrived. With all of its beauty, its warm, clear waters filled with brightly colored tropical fish and abundant sea turtles, and its perfect weather, I understand why King Kamehameha and his royal relatives for several generations chose this place for their permanent residences. Truly, everyday here is just another day in Paradise!
We also own a month's time share in Kona town proper at the Kona Billfisher on Alii Drive (a few miles north of our Keauhou condo) and rent it out too, but it is only available two months a year, from June 15 to July 13 and July 15 to August 13 (it is also listed on Flip Key, if you are interested in that one which sleeps 4). It is half the size (and half the price) of our condo at Keauhou Palena, and again, it is only available two months per year, but it fits the budget-minded bargain hunter who can come to Kona in the summer. Our ocean golf course condo in the Keauhou area is available year round (please check Flip Key calendar for specific dates available).
Mahalo and Aloha from Paradise !!

There are a few other children around the condo area. But really the best thing about it was the location. The Royal Kona Hotel is right across the street (where they have a great luau), and right there on Ali'i Drive is the main street …
