Destin Palms, a local, family owned and operated Real Estate and Vacation Rental company opened in the summer of 2013 managing 4 vacation properties and The Couch Family soon bought a 5,000 square foot office space on the ground floor of the sought after vacation condo complex, Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort. In the first two and a half years of operation, Destin Palms Vacations has grown their management from 4 properties to over 100 properties today! Several of these property owners were past clients. We manage Florida Vacation Rentals in the Destin, Miramar Beach, and Sandestin area. Destin Palms is known for having an impressive selection of high-quality vacation rental properties. With a full staff on-site in the Majestic Sun building, we offer premium customer service, a maintenance coordinator, and a dedicated sales and marketing team.
