We’re Eric & Jane Frearson and we’d very much like to invite you to enjoy our vacation home.

We have 2 main reasons for having a vacation home in Florida. When our 3 children were young, although we lived in the UK, we took vacations in Orlando. We just loved the experiences and the warm sunny weather – we had the most amazing times. The memories are still very much alive and will never be forgotten. Now that we live in Upstate New York, we want our 3 children - now with their own families - to experience those same great times. And for us… we hope to share some of those times with our now expanding number of grandchildren. What a joy it is to see their faces! We are a “hop, skip & a jump” away from all the main attractions & plenty of other things to do as well. We’ve been fortunate to travel to many places in the world and Florida is still one of our favorites.

The second reason for our Florida home is - although we now live in a beautiful area (the Finger Lakes Region of Central NY) where the summers are very enjoyable, the winters are cold and unforgiving when it comes to snow. We live just south of Lake Ontario and typically an average annual snowfall for us is 120”! Perfect for snow sports but our thoughts turn easily to escaping to Florida’s climate & even fitting in a long weekend is gratifying. Direct flights to Orlando make it very easy for us.

Because of employment commitments, we are unable to spend a lot of time using our home in Florida so we would like to welcome you to come & enjoy it! It seems sad for it to be empty when it can generate so much happiness.
