Gail and I are 60 years old and live full time in Costa Rica. Our primary home is in La Guacima, near San Jose. We purchased our Los Almendros condo at Playa Ocotal so that our children can escape Michigan's cold winters and have an enjoyable place to relax and enjoy the beach and the sun. We enjoy renting our condo when it is not being used by friends and family. Our guests have come from the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. We have never had a guest who did not enjoy their stay at Los Almendros. Playa Ocotal is a wonderful beach, and we are driving distance to most of Guanacaste's most popular attractions. Los Almendros has a friendly office staff who go out of their way to ensure that guests enjoy their stay.
