I'm a single guy living about two hours away from the condo in Los Angeles. After visiting the Palm Springs area for many years, when I decided to buy a second home, this condominium immediately felt like home and was also large enough to conveniently entertain guests.

But since I'm often too busy to use the place, I decided to start renting it out to vacationers in 2006. I've had very good luck renting it out seasonally throughout the year, and often have guests who return to stay year after year. Although I manage it myself, I also have a local team in place including a maid service, a handyman as well as very friendly neighbors.
