I have been in the holiday rental market since 2007. Having also stayed in a few holiday properties abroad myself, I thought this market was an interesting way both to enjoy my properties abroad and still afford to pay them off. I try to learn something new from every property that I rent from others, and improve the properties I manage by taking into account every suggestion.Everyday I learn something new about this fascinating business.
Some of the properties I offer are owned by myself and some other are owned by close acquaintances and customers from my Accounting firm in San Sebastian, where I work together with Nerea, running everything together. She is the most organised and reliable person in the world.
I also work with a few other people who manage on site, in Madrid and the UK.
These properties are a second home to me and the rest of the owners, and we stay in them very often. We try to create a welcoming place where people feel exactly as we do: at home.
