This is a privately owned cottage and only one available. I am an Assoc. Broker for Remax Nova in the area and the cottage is owned by myself and husband. I grew up on the Eastern Shore of N.S. and love the local beaches and people. We bought this place in hopes of someday building our dream home as the property is one of the nicest waterfront lots I've seen which is conveniently located to amenities and close enough to the city. Close enough to neighbors, yet, completely private. We can't possibly use the cottage ourselves all the time and wanted to share this special place with others. Everyone who drives down through the driveway and sees the spectacular views are more than impressed and happy to stay for their vacation.
