This condominium is owned and personnally managed by my Busines Partner and I. We own and manage other residential properties together and separately; plus my partner also manages commercial properties. I've been investing in and managing residential rental properties since the late 1970's. Combined, we have scores of excellent references we're happy to provide upon request.

We each travel to this condo multiple times per year for maintenance purposes to insure all systems are in woking order, the unit is being kept clean and pest-free, is ready to use, and is comfortable for our guests - many of whom have rented from us for several years.

We love the natural and beautiful setting of SGI and the fact that the majority of SGI residents and owners don't want to spoil it with too many high-rise buildings and excessive traffic.

On most of the island, access to the beaches cannot be restricted and must remain open between lots by deed.

We're both avid Anglers which is the reason we purchased our condo in this location. It has easy access to world-class Fresh Water, Salt Water Flats and Offshore fishing, friendly and internationally known Guides, and bait is available throughout the year.. We can even recommend a guide for you, and if you love fishing like we do I'm sure you'll agree with us after just one visit!!!.

We employ a local cleaning crew whom we know personnally to take care of the place for us throughout the year..
