Prior to us moving full time to Fort Myers, 213 was our 2nd home. We escaped the cold weather of Wisconsin about every month. During those 7 years we never rented the condo. Now you can enjoy a sunny vacation in Florida in a beautiful 2 bedroom beachfront condo on the 4 Star Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa. Look at all the amenities and compare. You’ll find our place is far more comfortable and is designed as a home not just another rental unit.
We have been all over Florida and have found Southwest Florida to be the best. Fabulous beaches, amazing restaurants, great shopping, awesome golf, fishing…the list goes on and on! The location of the 213 is perfect. Along with being on the world class 4 Star Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are only 10 minutes away. Plus all of Southwest Florida is just a short drive. In the winter it’s one of the only warm places in the US with pool and beach weather.
