We are from Denver, Colorado but we are blessed to live in St. George, Utah. As we prepare for our future retirement, we wanted to spend more time at our favorite vacation spot which is Lake Powell! We purchased this house in 2012 so we can enjoy it with our family and friends. However, the house needed major renovations and decided that once the renovations were completed, then we wanted to share it with others in hopes to supplement our future retirement income.
