The property is co-owned by two families- friends and neighbors - living in Takoma Park, Maryland: Becky S. and Jeff Hopkins, and Katie and Jim Sebastian. Becky and Jeff have loved Guatemala since meeting there as Peace Corps volunteers in 1988, and Katie and Jim fell in love with the Country and especially Lake Atitlan on a visit with their family eight years ago. A convoluted bit of luck has had us owning Pamakanya together. We enjoy it when we can, but we also make it available to others for rent.
