I bought this beautiful property as my warm weather retreat. I wanted a hot, sunny destination where I could escape winter and have fun with family and friends, and, hey! Disney is right next door! There’s always something fun to do here! If a day trip to the beach is more your style, it’s a little over an hour in either direction. I highly recommend Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic—or drive west to The Gulf. Just gorgeous!

An Orlando vacation pool home is much better than staying at a hotel. Especially, if you are travelling with kids. You have room! Period. You can unwind, unpack, set the kids up with a DVD, or in games room, and do your own thing after a long busy day at the parks. If you’re travelling without kids, you can simply enjoy the space and the Florida weather. Relax and read a good book by the pool with your favorite cocktail or glass of wine. It’s a home away from home, complete with a lake and conservation view ... and a resident armadillo.

It’s perfect for family, a business trip with the boys (a.k.a. golf), a girls’ getaway, or a reunion with friends. Bring the grandparents! They’ll love it! (And they’re great babysitters too!) The layout is amazing and accommodates multiple guests without the worry of tripping over one another. The pool area is completely screened and faces south, so it’s pest-free and soaks up the sun all day. It’s private, another bonus, so you’re not surrounded by 30, or more, other Orlando pool homes and vacationers in plain view. You can have your morning coffee, or swim, in privacy.

This whole area is built on fun. There are the parks, of course, but if you shop or golf, you’ll be enraptured. The outlets are endless, and world class golf courses freckle the entire area! Highway 192 Irlo Bronson is 5 minutes away. It’s the main Disney—Kissimmee tourist strip where you will find a dizzying amount of restaurants, attractions, flea markets, outlet shopping and curious stores of all kinds to suit any taste or preference.

Eagle Pointe is a popular tourist community located an easy 10-15 minute drive to the Walt Disney World grounds. It’s safe and quiet and away. I love the charm and privacy of my Disney vacation home, and I enjoy visiting with family and friends as much as I can. Come be my guest, and enjoy it with your family and friends too!
