La Charite is a unique medieval town little changed in centuries. It has a bustling lively atmosphere with many festivals and activities and is situated alongside the natural unspoilt banks of the Loire river.

We have been involved in the area for over 30 years. and we have recently restored some old stone buildings in the centre of the oldest part of the town for holiday rentals.

These apartments are finished to a high standard with a mix of old and modern furnishings for maximum comfort and style. The town is popular with tourist interested in history, culture, music and fine wines. The area know as Burgundy offers a wealth of traditions and unique sites to explore as well as the famous wines of the Loire
