We are a small, family-owned and operated business based in Colorado. We bought our first fixed week of timeshare in 1981. There is so much involved in starting a new business, and that's where our daughter (and co-owner), Laura, comes in. She's the Manager and co-owner for the business. Laura made the wonderful decision in February 2007 to quit her job to stay at home with our new (and first) granddaughter. She has taken the business from an idea in our heads to a real, organized and functioning business. She appreciates the chance to make some extra income while taking care of her two kids. We pride ourselves on giving personal, honest and friendly service with great discounts. We want you to feel comfortable about your rental and, unlike our competitors, we're happy to answer any questions you might have!
