Our family has owned this home for just about three years. We bought it to stay in ourselves at times, as it is very close to our families. My husband and I live less than 30 miles from the home, but our families live very close by. I work at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. We take pride in this little house and are responsive to any of our renters needs. We stay in the home ourselves quite a bit, so we hope we've made it comfortable for your stay as well.
