My husband and I are in our early 50s and Martha's Vineyard is our second home. We have two teenage children and have enjoyed owning our MV home for the past 17 years. The house is rented for part of the summer and then we enjoy our time in August on the island. It is our home and not just a rental property so that's just what it feels like to spend time there. It feels like home, your home, for however long you decide to stay! That's why most of our guests come back every year. They know the house is stocked with everything they might need for a warm welcome.
