Jen and I are in our forties and live in Charlottesville, VA with our three kids Olivia, Jake and Sidney. We have been renting this house since 2015 after renting a home in the Kill Devil Hills area for 10 years. We have head great luck with both doing it on our own. We have the best renters in the world! We take pride in how happy our renters are and feel a great deal of joy when they tell us how much they loved the house. We update the home constantly putting money back into it as needs change and as we hear feedback from our renters. We DO include a cleaning service in our price - but we still ask our guests to lightly clean the home before they leave. We hope you decide to enjoy our home!
