About the owner: We're retired, live on the US East coast and vacation in Maui as often as we can. We have 3 dogs which prevents us from staying in Maui for as long as we'd like, so we decided to make the condo available for vacation rentals.

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Sands:
In 2005 we first visited Maui and purchased this condo as our home away from home while vacationing each year from the US mainland. We renovated it to suit our tastes, knowing that potential visitors will see the love and respect we've built into it. We have many repeat visitors, giving it positive reviews, who return due to its great location and amenities. We always listen to the review feedback, and have made updates over the years to satisfy our returning vacationer’s interests.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We chose Kamaole Sands due its great location in South Kihei, with well-maintained and lush landscaping. We purchased this unit in Bldg. 10 specifically for its lanai view of the main grounds
