Jim and Carroll are both retired RNs and moved to the Waynesville NC area to enjoy the fabulous four seasons and proximity to hiking and outdoor activities. They live in Maggie Valley at 4000 ft., only 10 miles from the Lake Junaluska house. Jim is presently writing a book which he hopes to have published by year end. Carroll is a Master Gardner and makes sure that the property looks its best!
