We are newly retired people living now in Pleumeur Gautier in French Brittany most of the year still having an apartment in Paris. We bought this old manor house 20 years ago and had it completely renovated over the years and we rent out every summer. We have been expatriated with our 5 children in China, Japan, Romania…and USA and are use to deal with many different cultures. We take pride in our properties as we received a prize from VMF “Vieilles Maisons Francaises“ for the quality of our renovation work. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our two gites are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home.
