My name is Janice Wakefield. I am an artist, but spend most of my time as a short-order cook for my kids and selling antiques.

Leavenworth is great for our family since it's just over two hours from Seattle. It's scenic, usually sunny and offers activities for just about everybody.

I enjoy walking to Sleeping Lady Resort for a freshly-baked scone and latte, swimming, and taking in the mountain views.
