Hi, we are delighted to welcome guests to the Rowley Estates - a private family owned collection of farms, woodlands, restored historic manors in Cumbria and the Lake District. We have a great team on site ably led by our manager, Jilly Musgrave, and between Jilly and our team we endeavour to provide a super combination of beautifully restored traditional cottages and stately homes and friendly client service.

All of our properties are rated Four or Five Star by the Quality in Tourism assessment board of Visit England and have won Gold Awards for exceptional quality in all areas, in particular with respect to service and hospitality. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished, with logs and luxurious welcome guest hampers provided and have all the amenities of home!
