I am a fixed week owner at this resort. I rent this unit out every year on the 26th week of the year. Normally it is the week of July 4th but every 3 or 4 years its the week after. Very easy to book. No rental agreement. When you decide to book and pay in full, I call the resort and let them know you will be coming. Your name will be at the checkin desk. That's all. Then you enjoy your vacation!
