We are presenting you the family enterprise Hiša Raduha/House Raduha. It is located in a beautiful valley called Savinjska dolina which offers lots of possibilities for walking, fishing. Cuisine in the House Raduha has a long history. Here are interweaving stories of three wonderful cooks – me (Martina) and my houseband (Matjaž), my mother and my grandmother. Cuisine developed from domestic to food on higher level, called slow food and that’s how this restaurant became one of the in Slovenia. Through well-prepared dishes we try to convey nature to our guests. We combine our culinary knowledge with innovation and tradition and that’s the thing that makes a person enthusiastic. The most interesting thing is that the whole family helps in the kitchen, so we are creating together.
