Although I live across the pond, my 'heart is in the Highlands' since I first set foot on Skye, many years ago during my student days at Bennington College, in Vermont.

Our cottage, Tir nan Og (Scottish Gaelic: 'Land of the eternally young') on the Isle of Skye, on the Waternish peninsula, is very special to us. Completely (and lovingly) designed, every room is furnished and equipped with everything you could wish for- it is a real home, after all - not your typical rental cottage! I built Tir nan Og to a high standard (4 stars), because it is your home away from home, too. Please come and stay awhile.
