My husband and I live full time on Long Beach Island where we have our rentals - so we are very attentive to our rentals and can be there and address any problem within minutes. I have one on one contact with our renters . We take extreme pride in our places - they are all very clean and up dated . we have been renting for over 40 years and many of our renters are repeat customers since we first started. In 2015 we have made major improvements to our rentals - adding a full second bath and redoing the other main bathroom - new ceilings, new paint, new floors, etc -
