I'm a teacher. My little house would be perfect to someone who likes nature, walking, fresh air, water sports. Unfortunately, this year I am too busy to spend summer holidays on the island, since I have big expenses I have to rent my house, anyway it is better for someone to enjoy instead to be empty.
