We are a family of four that loves to travel, especially to our favorite places. Our love of Lake Tahoe led us to purchase our first vacation home in 1998. We have been successfully renting our Tahoe Donner (Escape) property as an owner operated vacation rental since 2000. In addition to our regular travels to the Sierras, we would make multiple annual visits to Southern California, especially the city of Santa Barbara, known affectionately as the "American Riviera". We began our search for the perfect beach vacation property in 2010 and finally purchased our second vacation home in the downtown area in the spring of 2013. We began offering the property as a vacation rental in July of that year and look forward to repeating the success we have had in Tahoe.
