We are couple (husband/wife) from San Jose and moved to the Golden pacific Coast of Guanacaste 12 years ago and absolutely love it here! the beaches and the people are incredibly friendly and would make you feel confortable anywhere you go. We are in the Rentals and the Real estate bussiness and are rwe are very esponsive to any of our renters needs and inquires. Since we are live in the area of the places we rent , we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
