Hi, my name is Spyros, I am business consultant. I am also golf semi pro. I like to swim all the year.I like sailing, and I have skipper licence. Also I like to meet people, and help them to discover Greece.
A three floor family house at the settlement of Ligoneri on the coast of Spetses island.
The first floor (40sq.m) includes an open plan fully equiped kitchen, living room, dinning table, fireplace, aircondition and a balcony with great sea view. Accommodates a person.
Second floor (40sq.m) includes two bedrooms, one bathroom and a balcony with sea view. Accomodates 4 people, in one double bed, two single beds.
The third floor
.Accommodates 3 people. Includes a bathroom with shower and air condition.

Overlooking the Saronic sea, while the nearest beach is approximately 3 minutes walk and the Ligoneri beach is approximately 200m away. Dapia the main town of Spetses is 2km away (25minute walk). A local bus runs every hour from Ligoneri to Dapia, otherwise cycling or motorbikes is the only transportation mean at Spetses.
Spetses is a small island in the Saronic Gulf. It is a known for its rich vegetation and the many pine trees that it has. It has various wonderful sandy beaches and lovely secluded bays. Its villages are picturesque and authentic and the capital is a real architectural beauty full of two-storey neoclassical houses with wooden balconies, coloured walls, and narrow stone-paved alleys.
