I was born in Seattle and lived there until my 50th birthday when my Italian husband (Marco) and I decided to moved to sunshine. I have been a Realtor for 30 years and my husband and I have been married for 25 years. We decided to rent properties seasonally after Marco's and my Mom need assisted living. To cover their costs we rented their homes. We found that we really enjoy meeting new people and welcoming returning guests. We purchased a few more properties in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale and hope that we will be able to stay healthy and retire one day while continuing to welcome guests. Marco always wanted to own an Italian pensione and we now have one, just spread out over a few locations! Marco speaks Italian as do I with a terrible accent!
