We are here to help you and make sure your stay with us remains a beautiful memory forever.

TPSV is situated at Mamagalam, Kochi, an extremely calm and quiet part of the city, which is well connected to all major roads/ highlights of Kochi (next to national high way on one side and main road to the town on the other but at the same time away from all inconveniences of a major city) and is easily accessible by public or private transport mode 24/7.

In short, it is the best choice for the middle class and upper middle class, who are looking for a safe, clean and decent shelter within the city but without the chaos while travelling with their family.

FACILITIES
 This is an independent building with gated compound having two floors.
 5 Independent rooms (3 in Ground Floor and 2 in 1st Floor) all equipped with individual air conditioner and attached wash rooms.
 Hot water from solar water heater is available in all bed rooms and kitchen.
 All bed rooms are furnished with wardrobes with locker facility and full size dressing mirrors.
 Shared living space in both floor have flat televisions with multi channel cable and free Wi – fi internet connection throughout the apartment.
 24/7 security and caretaker available
 Parking is available for up to 5 cars
 Approved by the department of tourism, government of Kerala.
 It is leased out for short terms individually or together.

 Additional Details : -
o The ground floor is having three and first floor two bed rooms, each floor with independent access.
o Each floor has a separate living cum dining space and kitchen with cooking gas and induction cooker with essential crockery and cutlery.
o All windows/ Door are mosquito protected.
o Ground floor apartment is furnished with a sofa set and glass top dining table with six chairs.
o In the first floor, chairs with four seater glass top dining table are provided.
o Refrigerator is also provided in both floors.
o Purified drinking water in 20 liter can is available in each floor.
o Four bed rooms are with king size cots and one bed room is with a queen size cot.
o Rooms are spacious compared to hotel rooms.
o Washing machine is available in the work area of the first floor and is available for use on a shared basis.
