Originally from San Diego, California, I have lived in San Miguel de Allende for 8 years. The vibrant arts/music/etc community and UNESCO World Heritage Site is among the Top Ten to visit in the world.
My home is on the property enabling me to provide local and regional information, & weekly cleaning/changing of linens. The front garden provides tranquility in shaded, cool sitting areas.
While it is only a 15 minute walk to Centro, many people find interesting shops and restaurants, causing them to linger. The Instituto de Allende is close by, as are tiendas for groceries and restaurants for dining.
A bus goes to Centro, by the Mercado & Biblioteca, every 15 minutes. Many taxis are available for 30 pesos.
Our SMA fiestas are unique to our little town, and are authentic. Close by is Atotonilco, D. Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Celaya and Queretaro.
Many guests are here to write and seek tranquility. Please inquire about wonderful times to visit.
