I am a civil / environmental engineer and have bought this flat in 2009, when it was built new. I liked very much this complex (Golden Park Resort) and the flat at the first look. Then I have furnished and equipped with good quality wares, as I was aiming to live part-time there. Still we are going with my wife every summer for a short period to this nice area and the rest of of time we are renting it to dear (and correct) customers. For us the cleaning and order of the flat and the peace in the complex are very important. Kind regards.
