The owners and managers of the Holiday Residence Rifugio are the Swiss couple Matthias and Irene Winkler. They live in Orosei, Sardinia, since August 2001. The apartment-guest house consists of 14 apartments. We have 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom apartments to suit any requirement you may have. The apartments are individually and distinctively furnished, with TV, WiFi and most of them with air conditioning. The swimming pool and beautiful garden invites you to laze around on comfortable sun beds.
The Rifugio is an ideal place for people who like to relax in beautiful surroundings near the sea and the mountains but also appreciate being very close to a typical Mediterranean holiday resort. Orosei is a picturesque coastal village situated about an hour’s drive south of Olbia (port and airport). The residence is about 1,5 kilometer from the beach on the beautiful Golf of Orosei also known as Europe’s Caribbean. The nearest beach “Marina di Orosei” can be reached by car, bike or in a 20 minutes’ walk alongside the river “Cedrino”. Restaurants, cafés and shops are within easy walking distance from the Residence, all under a five minute walk.

L’ Holiday Residence Rifugio è gestito da Matthias e Irene Winkler, una coppia originaria della Svizzera, trasferitasi ad Orosei, in Sardegna, nell’agosto del 2001. Il complesso residenziale si compone di 14 appartamenti (bilo, trilo e quadrilocale) ed un monolocale, tutti arredati originalmente con gusto e dotati di TV, WiFi e (quasi tutti) di condizionatore. La piscina e il giardino di 200 mq invitano gli ospiti a rilassarsi sui lettini prendisole.
Il Rifugio è il luogo ideale per chi intende rilassarsi in un bellissimo paesaggio a due passi dal mare e con uno sguardo ai monti dell’entroterra, senza rinunciare alle comodità del tipico resort mediterraneo. Orosei è un pittoresco villaggio costiero, situato a circa un’ora d’auto a Sud di Olbia (che ospita sia un porto marittimo che un aeroporto). Il residence non dista più di 1.5 km dal bel Golfo di Orosei, i Caraibi d’Europa. La spiaggia più vicina, “Marina di Orosei” è raggiungibile in auto, in bicicletta, o con una passeggiata di 20 minuti lungo il fiume Cedrino. A pochi passi di distanza dal Residence si possono inoltre trovare ristoranti, bar e negozi.
