Dave and Marcia have lived in Costa Rica since 2005 when they built the guest house. We're retired State of Michigan public servants. Marcia is a Michigan native. Dave grew up and went to school in and around Washington, DC.

When we retired in 2002, we built our dream home in Southern Shores on North Carolina's northern Outer Banks. Then we moved to Costa Rica and found out what paradise is really all about.
