We are Ed and Luanne S.. We have lived and worked as missionaries in the Philippines for 25 years. We are from Southern California and still have family there. Our seven children are grown up and we are planning to retire here in Cagayan de Oro.
We enjoy living and working in Cagayan de Oro, and decided to invest here for our retirement. We had a vacation rental in the US, and felt we could meet the needs of foreigners visiting in our area, supplying an attractive place that is designed to western tastes.
We chose The Courtyards because it is unique to the area and attractive to us. We liked the security set-up and the peaceful atmosphere. It seems that the home owners are taking pride in their homes and keeping them looking good. It is breezy in the evenings and it is a nice place to walk. When it is not in use, we love to go and stay there for a little get-away!
