My partner and I fell in love with this property 15 years ago while we were both teaching in Gainesville, FL. We remodeled it and have been renting it for vacation since 1999. We now live in Miami Springs, and plan to retire in Flagler Beach. I welcome your inquires by phone or e-mail and will respond quickly. Although we no longer live close to Flagler Beach, we visit often, and have a local caretaker who attends to maintenance of the property and the needs of our guests.
