My wife and I have owned this condo since 2007.
We married in 1995, and have one daughter who we adopted from Ukraine in 2008. I am am a Real Estate Appraiser, and my wife is an Esthetician at a day spa/salon.

My wife and I fell in love with Sunset Beach the very first time we visited. The area is family-friendly, it is never too crowded, and the people are very friendly. We have been to several other beaches, but when we are at Sunset Beach, it feels like home. Before purchasing this condo, my wife and I looked at several condos and homes in the area, but Sunset Village/Sandpiper Bay was our first choice. We looked at many condos that were for sale in Sunset Village, but chose this one since it has the largest floor plan, and the best water and golf course views. There are water views from every room in the house, even the kitchen!

I want this to be your new "Home Away From Home". You will be glad you didn't stay in a smaller, more noise, more crowded, more expensive hotel.
