About the owner: We moved (reluctantly) from our home in South Fork, Colorado back to our Texas farm for business reasons. Gloria is a retired professor from the University of North Texas and Martin manages the farm and real estate rentals.

Why the Owner Chose South Fork:
We purchased this property because we love the mountains, small town atmosphere, friendly folks, wildlife that regularly visit in the yard, and available outdoor recreational opportunities year round. It is a wonderful escape from the busy rat race that most of us have lived in.

The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The tranquility of this location is wonderful and abundance of wildlife in the yard is always fun to watch. We always have deer and after hibernation season, bears visit as well. E-mail us and we'll send additional photographs.
