Hello and thank you for visiting our vacation condo listing. Over the last decade hundreds of visitors have enjoyed our condo at the Pelican Pointe Resort. We purchased this unit in June 2005 because we love the Clearwater Beach area and the pristine white sand beach. We wanted to share our condo so you can enjoy it too. Many of our guests come again and again. You'll love our condo, the Pelican Pointe and beautiful Clearwater Beach. Our desire is to provide you, our guests, with a great vacation spot in the heart of Clearwater Beach's new Beach Walk district at a affordable rate.
