We 've lived in this gorgeous spot since 1989 and are happy to be able to share it with our guests. We enjoy providing a special experience for our guests who can stay in the Pavilion enjoying total privacy in a rural situation but so close to the charming village of Havelock North.
We can offer personal service, recommending the best of Hawke's Bay - cycle trails, wineries, farm visits, private gardens, the farmers' market, restaurants and shopping. We provide complimentary breakfast provisions: homemade muesli and bread, home preserves, free range eggs and fresh fruit, mostly grown on our own property.
Our great pleasure is our garden. We've planted hundreds of shrubs and trees since removing the apple trees in 2010 and now we can relax and watch them grow.
Our two holiday houses: John's House and the Pavilion, showcase two examples of the best of New Zealand architecture. Our guests appreciate the magic of John Scott and Pete Bossley.
