Year round residents as of November 2016. Prior - we used this as a vacation home.
Monte "retired" in 2016. He has a long history of working in the field of power generation. Coal fired Electricity Generation and Biogas/Digesters Electricity Generation.
I am a retired RN.

Our children were born in Fairbanks, Alaska. We raised a son and a daughter who are both in their 20's. Our daughter lives in MN and our son is attending college.
We have a long history of providing lodging for tourists. Monte was raised on a nearby lake resort, where his parents still live. Their resort has been in continuous operation since the 1930's. We have provided lodging to tourists since we were married in 1989, first in Alaska for 9 years with 6 cabins for visitors to Denali National Park and now here in northern Wisconsin.
We love to travel and try to stay in family owned/operated places as much as possible. We meet new friends when we travel and we hope you will too, with us!
