I purchased the condo in 2007 in what was a dream come true and have been back 3 or 4 times a year ever since. I hope to retire there some day, and in the meantime, I rent it out to folks like you to enjoy.

Many people are confused about the different accommodations at Sapphire Beach. There are several resorts there, and admittedly I am prejudiced to our complex (called Crystal Cove), but it is truly the best of the resorts. We are the ONLY resort right on the beach, we have our own private section of beach (far from the crowds that cruise ships sometimes dump there,) and have our own beach attendant who will set up your lounge wherever you want and make sure that you are comfortable.

As you see from our site, we discount the cost for guests who stay at least a week. For you the cost for the 7 nights starting August 24 (leaving on August 31) will be only $1,250.00. There is the mandatory 10% USVI Hotel tax of $125.00 so your grand total will be $1,375.00. The only other things you will have to pay for are food and transportation. If you book the condo, I will be happy to share cost savings ideas with you to make even those things and your stay more affordable and enjoyable.

I also like to tell you that I am not some big hotel conglomerate. I am just a guy trying to let other people enjoy this special place. The reason I say this is to let you know that I have a very liberal refund policy. For example, if your flight is cancelled due to a hurricane, I give a full refund. If your cancellation is due to personal reasons, given a 60 day notice, I give a full refund. If the cancellation is within 60 days, and I can rent it to someone else, I give a full refund. If not, I refund all but the cost of two nights.

Also, I think that our condo is the best location in the entire complex. We are Unit D36 which is not only very private (because the pathways from the other condos lead away from our unit) but about as close to the beach as you can get, being less than 100 yards away. For families with little ones, it is easy to run to the condo for a snack or to take care of business. For us adults, an ice-cold rum and coke is only steps away.
