I am 40 year old architect. During my job for Dutch investor I found the property - it used to be check point on the boarder in thirties and military zone during the time komunism period. From 1984 it was empty and dilapidated. I bought the property in 2006. In 2007 we renovated the villa and in 2010 apartment house. Now it is a penzion, but can be rented whole property as well.
