I live in the North East of England where I studied Business & Finance at Newcastle College. My interests include DIY, walking and renovating property. For the past 10 years I have spent most of my holidays in North Cyprus, in particular in the Famagusta area as it is much quieter than other parts of the island. I decided to purchase a derelict property that was a blank canvas that I could work with to create a great holiday home that I can use now and when I retire.
