My name is Clive R. and yes the picture is me!

The journey for me began back in June 2002 when a friend convinced me to come to Nerja for a weeks holiday. I must say it was not my first choice, as at that time I thought the east side of the Costa Del Sol (Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola etc) would be much better. However, I immediately fell in love with the area and decided to buy my first apartment (Mirador) in December 2002 aided by an exchange rate of 1.5760.

Since then many friends and guests have decided to visit me, and they all seem to have a great time. It never ceases to amaze me how each person has different a desire for their holiday, and Frigiliana and Nerja seem to accommodate all of these different requirements. Some people like to lie on the Beach all day and so go down to Nerja. Others stay around Frigiliana, relax round the pool, walk round the village and maybe have lunch in one of the many restaurants. Then we get the people who love to travel, who may go up to Granada, visit the Alhambra, or maybe go to the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, shopping in Malaga, or just a short trip to Marina Del Este. There is also the social crowd who love to go to the various Bar’s and Restaurants in Nerja and Frigiliana, and maybe enjoy a party atmosphere until the early hours of the morning in Tutti Frutti Square in Nerja. Finally we have the sporty people, who visit the local gym, go walking, ski, play golf and just love to be outside in the sunshine enjoying the wonderfully fresh air which comes of the mountains and the sea.
